- All Kansas Jr. State Cup Teams will pay a Registration Fee of $845.00 via credit card. Additional processing fees may be added to total.

Roster Freeze Dates

Roster Freeze Change Request: CLICK HERE
This form must be filled out for each Change Request. Teams Can make up to 5 roster changes after the 1st Roster Freeze and before the 2nd Roster Freeze per Tournament Rules. So if a team has 5 players to add or remove then this form needs to be completed 5 times for each player.
Please also inform your club registrar of these changes so they may do it on their end and get a USYS Player ID Card made for you.
We are returning to IN PERSON CHECK-IN for ALL STATE TOURNAMENTS. We will host evening check-in events in both Kansas City and Wichita. Exact dates of the check-in events will be posted by March 30th at the latest. Teams that are located in Kansas City will also be able to stop by the Kansas Youth Soccer office during business hours on certain days (TBD) to check-in as well.
